Leveraging decades of M&A and operating experience, we conduct a comprehensive strategic and financial review for our clients. We offer detailed quantitative as well as qualitative performance assessments measured against our proprietary database of industry benchmarks, determining the optimal approach and timing for launching a sale process. In helping prepare for an eventual sale, we ensure that all aspects of the business are sufficiently organized and properly presentable to the market, with an eye towards maximizing value upon exit.

Compensation

We design and implement cash, as well as equity-based incentive compensation programs, that enable our clients to attract and retain top talent while enhancing operating performance. Our incentive programs are bespoke and designed to closely align compensation strategy with corporate objectives while maximizing stakeholder value in preparation of a sale event.
